Contractor Performance Survey
The contractor performance survey gives you a way to measure how your contractor or supplier is performing over time. Our service allows you to periodically (defined by you) send out requests to specific individuals (defined by you) to survey the performance. The results are available in report format at any time for you to use when evaluating the contractor or supplier for new contracts. All of this is completely automatic.

The performance survey also helps those plant sites which fall under OSHA's PSM requirements meet certain requirements of that law.
