Once the owner selects the contractors they want to use, they can then test the contractors against their requirements. This process produces a contractor qualification document (shown below) which is a record of the testing event, and an indication of the contractors status. At this point the owner can override the electronic test and enter any pertinent comments they wish to. All previous revisions are maintained for auditing and review purposes. The owner may also need to e-mail the contractor, requesting clarification or some additional information. This can be done automatically and directly from the V-Purchasing.com system.
